Currently, I am in Brazil...Curitiba, Brazil,
to be exact; and I wanted to let you know how
"HAPPY" I am with your calling card.
It has worked without a hitch, the connections
are clear, and I have never had to wait "one-second"
for a good connection. I am very, very, pleased
with your company and your calling card. I have
already given itravelkit's name to other Americans
here for surgery. Many Americans come down here
for the surgery, and don't have a "clue"
that an 800 number calling card will not work
here in Brazil...
I am going to leave your information at
the front desk of the hotel that I am staying
at, and ask them to pass along the information
to any American that needs a "good calling
card"...I hope you get many referrals.
Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not complement

Hello,
I wanted to send you this email for appreciation
for the great service your company provided my
daughter while she was in the UK. If you remember
she was there when they had the bombing in the
subway car and it was all over the news I was
terrified as mother. Well your service performed
without a hitched... My daughter called from a
payphone within the hour of the bombing and I
was so relieved. Several friends on the school
trip had calling cards from different companies
and none of them work! Luckily Shania shared it
with all her girl friends and everyone was able
to call home and tell their parents everything
was OK.
By the way they only used itravelkit calling
cards from then on and I know some of the other
parents bought from you shortly after.

For The Great Service |
I rarely (never) write this
sort of note but, I wanted to say thanks for the
great service I received by your customer service
team. I spoke with the same knowledgeable rep,
a few times. Everyone was very helpful.
I called another company and I was kept in a holding
loop for 5 to 7 minutes and that reminded me of
how bad service can be at times. Thanks - I will
continue to choose humans at itravelkit over voice
bots and bad service.

I'm 76 years old, a grandmother of ten, have never
traveled before and have never bought anything
online, until now. I would like to thank itravelkit
for the outstanding service you provided me, your
customer care is the best I have ever had with
any company. Even though I only bought $ 20.00
initially from your company the customer service
was the most professional. I spoke with the most
kind and patient person I have ever dealt with
in my entire life. He walked me through the online
purchase process and explained exactly how to
use the calling card. I am certain that he must
have spent 30 to 40 minutes with me... Needless
to say I used the calling card in Italy, Spain
and France and never had a problem. The connection
sounded like I was next door when I called home

Best Solution I've Ever Found |
Hello,
I wanted to thank you for your service when we
traveled to Mexico. The fantastic people within
your company explained everything to me in great
detail. We travel to Mexico two times a year and
need to call home to check in on business and
family. When we used the itravelkit card the call
cost us cents per minute - when we use the hotel
phone they charged us over $2 per minute back
to the U.S. and the cell phone company wanted
to charge me $2.49 per minute. The savings using
itravelkit's calling card was the best solution
I've ever found.

After researching everywhere
on the internet, I finally came upon your site
and WOW you answered your phone you took the time
to go over the difference in the calling cards.
Our last trip my mother was sick I needed to see
how she was doing on regular bases. Needless to
say, for $50.00 I was able to call anytime, no
problems and when I came home I was able to use
the rest up. I have recommended itravelkit to
everybody I know who is traveling and I will always

Outstanding, Sounded Like I Was Next Door |
Dear iTravelkit.
On my resent trip to Australia I used you calling
card and let me tell you - you guys are fantastic!
I was staying with friends I met on a trip
in Europe 10 years ago and regularly keep in
touch with them and take turns travel from the
US to Australia. I didn't want to burden my
friend with the cost of calling home. So I set
out to find a solution.
I spent three days searching for a cost
effective solution to call home and when I came
opened your site you I thought BINGO! The people
at itravelkit are very kind and a joy to deal
with.
Well I kept searching and landed on sites
full of pop up ads and toll free numbers that
don't work or I would get a voicemail and not
one returned my calls. It was a good thing I
booked marked the itravelkit site. When I called
back my call was answered on the second ring
and after consulting with the customer service
guy, I decided to purchase the 100.00 global
travel card. It worked fantastic! The quality
was outstanding and it sounded like I was next
door. Now I use it to call my friend in Australia
regularly from the U.S. and I have recommended
itravelkit to everyone I know.

Hidden Fees Or Surcharges |
I use your calling card to
call my friends in Germany. I have purchased a
lot of callings on the Internet with some ridiculous
low rates and I can tell you that itravelkit is
the only card that DOES NOT have hidden fee surcharges.
Your customer service reps are fantastic... your
rates are good or should I say you get what you
pay for and more... I have been using your service
from my home line, my cell phone and from work
and I itravelkit is a great performing solution.

To whom it may concern,
I used your company's service when I was in China
and it was the best decision I ever made. I was
on a tour group with 40 people from around the
United States and was traveling thought the north
and south of China. I was the only one in the
group who even thought to buy a calling card before
I left. I made several calls and the quality was
fantastic. After we left the first hotel I spoke
to some people in our group who I just met and
they were complaining about the charges from the
hotel to call the US one-person bill was 80.00
US for a 30-minute call. I sat there with a big
grin and smiled. When we arrived at our second
destination everybody was looking for an Internet
connection to buy the itravelkit calling card.
I could have made a killing sharing my calling
card with them but I didn't. Anyway, thank you
for the great service and for saving me a bundle.
The tour group now has itravelkit in their travel
package for calling cards.

He has been helpful beyond his job description.
We were in Spain and needed a phone number for
someone in Connecticut. I called and asked how
to do it. It was Gary who saved the day and
got the phone number for us. He took away our
stress and was able to get what we needed. He
has been helpful on the phone again today when
I called and asked questions. He advised me
